The Capstone Recovery Management Service helps provide a proactive means for management to attain the Business Continuity objectives it must achieve to help ensure resiliency. The service validates critical technical requirements gathered through interviews and workshops, outlines multiple strategy alternatives, and analyzes solutions that comprise the blueprint for a recommended Recovery Management solution.
Capstone’s approach to developing Recovery Management requirements and recommendations is to review the customer’s business continuity objectives and to conduct collaborative discovery and validation working sessions with the appropriate staff and management personnel. Capstone will then further document available options and suggest a recommended action plan to guide the return of essential business and information technology operation through Recovery Management processes. The result is a service that is designed to assist EP in achieving its Business Continuity objectives, by comparing those requirements to solution options that will incorporate existing technologies and operations to support EP’s future business and technology needs.
