Vendors and resellers draw substantial revenue from the sale of products and services to customers of technology products.  This constrains them from undertaking specific product comparisons or rendering opinions that might criticize their products.  By contrast, Capstone is vendor agnostic.  We will use proven field-tested processes to understand the business objectives of applications we study, and how the implemented infrastructure either aids or detracts from goals.  We will strive to offer an operational plan to transform ill-suited practices and procedures to be highly optimized, efficient, and economical.  We include current operational process into our design, and realign the IT infrastructure to deliver a balanced and optimized solution.
